Full-Stack Team Leader

We’re looking for an Engineering Team Leader with a strong background in full-stack development, a dedication to quality work, and the ability to establish and grow our engineering team. The team is responsible for strategic and unique product features on our platform and the solution tailored into it.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of full-stack engineers while doing hands-on technical work

  • Set goals, plan, manage and mitigate risks, define tasks, and manage timelines to execute a roadmap

  • Provide technical guidance, career development, and mentorship to your team

  • Collaborate with other engineering teams across the R&D organization

  • Work closely with Product Managers and UX Designers

  • Our stack includes Python, Vue.js, React, MongoDB, Redis, RabbitMQ, and Docker


Reach out if you are:

  • 6+ years of experience as a full-stack developer

  • 2+ years of experience as an engineering team leader

  • Experience with a product engineering team supporting production customer-facing features

  • Extensive professional experience with advanced JavaScript, CSS, and at least one modern UI framework (React, Vue.js, Angular)

  • Extensive professional experience with Python and a non-relational DB (e.g. MongoDB)

  • Strong communication and leadership abilities to effectively nurture and support team members

  • Proficient in prioritization and resource trade-offs, ensuring optimal utilization for effective project management

  • A superb team player while also having strong capabilities to work independently

  • Experience in building distributed and scalable systems – Advantage

  • Experience with writing UI automated tests – Advantage
